Hi, I’m Nick Pietrykowski, Co-Owner and Personal Trainer At Peak Physique. I’ve been training for over 20 years and received my certification from the National Personal Training Institute. I also received my NASM certification, ACE certification, and Stretch certification through Bally total fitness. I am also ASFA stretch certified and have multiple hours of continuing education.
Favorite Personal Training Moments
My favorite part about being a trainer is the ability to help someone realize they can change, and making someone believe they can do it. Also, love challenging myself and my clients, seeing a smile that has changed someone’s life. Building community with our clients and seeing our clients improve through exercise. Having a wide variety of exercises and stretches to give to my clients.
One of the most rewarding moments from being a personal trainer is when clients walk up to me and say thank you for making me believe in myself.
Why I Like Training
My favorite part about being a trainer is reaching goals for clients that never knew they could ever reach. To educate every client about how to use, stretch and workout their bodies.
Why I’m A Trainer
I wanted to become a teacher first, but I had a change of heart to train athletes. That turned into training all ages. I’m grateful I still get to teach people, even if it’s not how I originally thought I would be teaching.
Fitness is important to me because it helps me physically, emotionally and mentally. It’s the best stress reliever in the world! I’ve always had a passion for working out while playing sports and loved to try different workouts.
My Advice To People Who Want To Workout
INTERVIEW THEM! Make sure you can trust them to give you the results you are looking for. Feel comfortable and believing in your trainer. Do your homework finding the best place for you.

I have 4 loving children Trent, Meggie, Jilli, and Cole. Yes, four! And we have two lizards too.
