Hi, I’m Jacob Zoller, Personal Trainer at Peak Physique!
I’ve been training for three years and recently joined the Peak Physique team. My passion lies in helping people understand their bodies, move better, and achieve goals they never thought possible.

Why I Love Being a Personal Trainer

My favorite part of being a trainer is constantly learning about my clients, about movement, and about how to fine-tune my approach to help people reach their goals efficiently. Every client is different, and that keeps my work exciting, challenging, and deeply rewarding.

My Favorite Training Moment

There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing a client achieve a goal that means the world to them. Whether it’s something inside the gym, like hitting a new strength milestone, or outside it, like living pain-free or feeling more confident in their body.

How I Became a Trainer

I first became interested in training after working out at Peak Physique. Nick’s enthusiasm and depth of knowledge inspired me to better understand how my own body works, and from there, I wanted to share what I learned with others. That curiosity turned into a lifelong passion for health, movement, and education.

Why I Became a Trainer

I’m drawn to the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and help them work toward their goals. Knowing that I can help someone alleviate pain they’ve had for years or rediscover confidence through movement is what drives me every day.

My Advice for Beginners

When you’re looking for a personal trainer, take the time to meet with them and make sure your personalities align. The trainer-client relationship is built on trust, communication, and comfort. And don’t be afraid to ask questions! I’m always happy to answer them.

Physical health is the foundation that allows me to flourish and support others. Training challenges me both physically and mentally, helping me build resilience that extends far beyond the gym.

Get To Know Your Trainer

Outside the gym, I play violin with the Detroit Civic Orchestra (DCO), spend time reading philosophy, and love to travel and explore nature whenever I can. Whether performing on stage or hiking a new trail, I find balance in experiences that challenge both my mind and body.
