Brian Zakrzewski
Hi, I’m Brian Zakrzewski, a Personal Trainer at Peak Physique. With 2 years of experience in the fitness industry and having just started at Peak Physique, I bring enthusiasm and dedication to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. I’m certified by NASM as a CPT and hold CPR/AED and BLS CPR/First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross. Currently, I’m furthering my education by completing my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Oakland University. I’m constantly learning new information about diet, supplementation, and exercise regimens to enhance my training methods and personal growth.
Favorite Personal Training Moments
My favorite moment so far was watching a client who had no prior gym experience complete their first 5k. Seeing them progress from day one to achieving such a milestone, and being there to cheer them on, was incredibly rewarding.
Why I Like Training
I love being a trainer because I get to make a difference in people’s lives. Helping clients progress, take my advice, and become happier and healthier is profoundly fulfilling. Training is about building relationships that elevate your life to the next level.
Why I’m A Trainer
My passion for personal training started with my own fitness journey. I began with Brazilian jiu jitsu to lose weight and regain control of my life. This led to a deep love for the gym and a commitment to continuous self-improvement. I decided to become a trainer to share this passion and help others achieve their fitness goals.
My Advice To People Who Want To Workout
If you’re new to working out and looking for a personal trainer, find someone who makes you comfortable, is knowledgeable, and has the right credentials. Most importantly, find someone who always looks out for your best interests.

My Family
No kids, but I have a dog named Sparky. He’s a Schnoodle, which is a mix between a schnauzer and poodle.
My Hobbies
Outside of working out, I enjoy playing video games, lounging in the pool, spending time with my dog and family, hanging out with my girlfriend, watching new YouTube videos and TV shows, and exploring new ways to enjoy life.
A Little More About Me
Growing up, I played a lot of soccer and enjoyed swimming and skiing. While I didn’t play on teams in high school, my favorite position in soccer was always midfield. Fitness is a crucial part of my life; it keeps me mentally sharp, maintains my energy levels, and fosters humility.
